Dr. Liu graduated from the School of Veterinary Medicine, National Taiwan University in 1987, and has obtained the bachelor degree of Chinese Medicine from the University of Hong Kong, with over 15 years of clinical experiences. Dr. Liu continues to further his studies and participates actively in all kinds of seminars to receive the latest medical information, to provide better care to the animals. Serving animals in a professional and scrutinize manner, he cares for animals with unconditional love. He often participates in different charity events and provides veterinary service to homeless animals during his leisure time.

Dr. Kun-Lung Tsai (Tony K. Tsai)

Dr. Tsai graduated from the School of Veterinary Medicine, National Taiwan University in 1990. He then obtained the International Postgraduate Certificate in small animal practice from Murdoch University, Western Australia. Dr. Tsai has over 20 years of small animal’s clinical experience, with numerous professional certifications. He has cured over 1000 dogs that suffered from Canine Hip Dysplasia (CHD), and he is an expert in Osteoarthritis, compound fracture, pelvic fractures, knee surgery, neural surgery, minimally invasive surgery and Total Hip replacement.
In addition to medical treatment, he is also keen on improving the overall veterinary medical standard in Taiwan and China, by providing professional training for veterinarians. He has been working with different animal hospitals to organize small animal orthopedic surgery and soft tissue surgery classes
